It is a coal-based comprehensive utilization, an extension of the industrial chain, and a key project for the development of recycling economy, including a set of 300,000 tons/year ammonia plant (by-product liquefied natural gas 110 million standard/year), two sets of 180,000 tons/year nitric acid plant and two sets of 200,000 tons/year ammonium nitrate plant, supporting construction of power supply, water supply, For public utilities such as steam, the estimated total investment is more than 4 billion yuan. The project is scheduled to be completed and put into operation by the end of March 2015. It will consume 990,000 tons of high-sulfur, high-ash and low-quality coal and 070,600 tons of boiler fuel coal gangue each year after it reaches production. The sales revenue will be 1.4 billion yuan, the annual profit will be more than 50,000 yuan, and the annual income tax will be more than 13,000 yuan. In the amount of 10,000 yuan, 860 people are employed and the economic and social benefits are significant.
