Hyundai Heavy Industries (Europe) has introduced four new heavy-duty forklifts with a working capacity of 11-16 tons, namely 110D-7E, 130D-7E, 140D-7E and 160D-7E.
With the launch of new series of heavy-duty forklifts, in addition to steel, stone, and concrete customers, according to the China Construction Machinery Business Network, Hyundai will open up new customer bases for heavy-duty transportation operations in ports and railways. Efficiency and strong driving force will provide the best economic operation and keep the operating costs low.
All four models use the 119 kW Cummins diesel QSB6.7, which meets the Tier III emission standard and has a maximum travel speed of 35 km/h. Acceleration and climbing ability are very good. There are two driving modes that can be selected with the switch. "STP" is a fuel saving mode and "Power" is a full power mode, suitable for heavy-duty operations or rough terrain. There is no need to step on the throttle, and you can automatically maintain a certain speed through the switch, so as to save fuel. The automatic transmission makes the forklift work flexible and comfortable to operate.
The cabs of these forklifts are well-ventilated, equipped with air-conditioning systems, comfortable seats and a wide field of vision. They are equipped with MP3-CD players and provide the operator with comfortable working conditions. In addition, Hyundai has also ensured a high level of safety when working on forklift trucks with certain technical means. Forklift parts layout is reasonable, easy maintenance.
