With the development of civil and commercial high-rise buildings in China, the construction of underground projects such as subway projects and the consequent development of ultra-high piling machinery and the gradual promotion of SMW construction methods have become an imperative for improving work efficiency and shortening the construction period. At present in China, during the installation and disassembly of rig drill rods and the daily maintenance of power heads and piles, operators must perform aerial work to complete them. If there is no reliable and convenient construction lifting platform, operators can only rely on Cranes and hand-climbing make it difficult to ensure safety and construction efficiency. Based on the above reasons, Beijing Pile Driver has developed the first domestic manual lifting platform in a short period of time. The platform can be used to perform inspection and construction process monitoring on the pile frame and power head and other working devices under construction conditions, so as to make the SF series pile drivers even more capable of serving the pile foundation construction market in China and even the world.
The platform is mainly composed of a fixed basket base (carriage), a main and auxiliary basket, a hoisting lifting mechanism, a turning mechanism and a hydraulic control system. Adopt electro-hydraulic combination independent double winch control, adjustable lifting speed, energy saving and environmental protection; and it is equipped with lifting platform trip proximity switch, mechanical safety pliers and upper and lower limit blocks, which can effectively prevent platform from falling during operation. The occurrence of drop-off and derailment; at the same time, the main and auxiliary baskets can be rotated by 130° in the air. The interior space of the basket is large, and the platform can be locked at the four-station position to facilitate the maintenance of the power head, drill pipe and pile rack. maintenance.
