Namely, a layer of epoxy powder (FBE> 100µm), the second layer of adhesive (ad) 170 ~ 250µm, the third layer of polyethylene (PE) 2.5 ~ 3.7mm

      Corrosion resistant steel pipe can be divided into two categories, inner lined anti-corrosion steel pipe and anti-corrosion steel pipe. Inner lined anti-corrosion mainly cement mortar lining anti-corrosion steel pipe application more, lower cost, using cement mortar coating on the pipeline to play a preservative effect. Outer wall anti-corrosion steel pipe applied more 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe. Anti-corrosion technology with Huashida 3PE anti-corrosion coating production line is the process of protecting the outer wall or inner wall of the steel pipe to protect the pipeline itself.
