Progressing Solution Design According to customer's product processing requirement, we can design the unique solution that supports higher manufacturing efficiency and better processing quality for customer. After-sales service: Training to install(3 options): A. We will supply the machine with training video and user's manual in English for installing, operation, maintenance and trouble-shooting, and shall give technical guide by e-mail, fax, telephone/MSN/ICQ and so on, when you meet some problems of installation, using or adjusting. B. You can come to EKS Laser factory for training.EKS Laser will offer professional guide. Direct and effective face-to-face training. Here we have assembled equipments, all sorts of tools and testing facility. Training Time: 3~5 days C. Our engineer will do a door-to-door instruction training service at your local site. We need your help to deal with the visa formality, prepaid traveling expenses and accommodation to us during the business trip and service period before their dispatch. It's better to arrange a translator for both of our engineers during the training period. Training Time: 7 days     Remark: The charge of visa application ,round air ticket, accommodation expenses in your country will burden by your side.  |

| In Chinese market Our company bears all the costs of installation, training and maintenance. In Overseas market 1,The foreign customers come to our Company, we provide all the place and equipment in your training time. 2,Our company sent technical engineer to the customer location to installation and training, the technical engineer all expenses borne by the Customer party. The machine installation will be within 3-5 days to complete down for users.     |
| The guarantee period of quality shall be 12 months counting from the date on which the commodity arrives at the port of destination. Except the damage artificially ,we are responsible for offering the fittings free of charge during the guarantee period, but you must send the damaged fittings to us by courier with your charge before we send back the alternative fittings to you. After the guarantee of quality period, the parts required to repair or change, if any,shall be paid. |
