Taolin lead zinc ore beneficiation plant
Taolin Lead-Zinc Mine is located in Linxiang City, Hunan Province. It is one of the 156 key projects in the country's first five-year plan. It is a large-scale national first-class mining and selection enterprise. It was built in 1957 and officially put into operation in 1959. The design capacity is 1.2 million tons of ore per year. In the early 1980s, the comprehensive production capacity of the mining and selection was 1 million tons per year. The main products of the mine include copper , lead, zinc, fluorite , lead roasting concentrate, oxygen-free copper rod, zinc oxide, sulfuric acid, cement, etc. Most of the ore is transported to Zhuzhou Smelter for smelting. The Taolin lead-zinc mine officially declared bankruptcy in 2002 due to the depletion of resources in the original mining area and the low grade of ore in the reserve mine.
